Arguably the most decisive of the three major types, white chocolate usually is either beloved or hated by most consumers out there. While possessing the same feel in touch and consistency of it's milk and dark brothers, White Chocolate is technically not considered chocolate at all. This is due to the fact that it lacks any cocoa solids that normally give chocolate it's characteristic brown color and smells, but it retains the milk, sugar and cocoa butter that gives chocolate it's trademark textures.
Personally, I have to be in the mood for white. I like it, but I've got to be having a craving for it.
